Return and Warranty Policies

30-Day Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a Shox-Box purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is in "like-new" condition (i.e. the complete product in the original carton with all packaging and documents.)  Refunds will not include shipping charges previously paid or shipping charges incurred by sending the product(s) back to us.  To return product, email us at sales@shoxbox.biz within 30 days of delivery and provide us with date of purchase and reason for return.  We will contact you within 2 business days regarding how to process the return.
Limited Warranty
All Shox-Box products have a two (2) year limited warranty on all parts and there is a five (5) year limited warranty on the box frame from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers parts that fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship.  This is a limited warranty and is not applicable for products which have been damaged, altered, abused, misused, or improperly installed.  To request warranty service, you must e-mail us at sales@shoxbox.biz and provide us with date of purchase and a detailed description of the problem (and pictures, if possible).  We will contact you to confirm that the product meets the warranty criteria and discuss next steps. 

Returns for Service
Products returned for repair must be sent freight prepaid and insured in its original or equivalent packaging, whether in or out-of-warranty.  Repaired units are normally reshipped within two working days.  In-warranty repairs are repaired and returned to the customer at no charge, via Ground Service. All other expedited methods of shipment will be charged to the customer.

Self-Service
Some product repairs may be performed by the customer.  Upon request, we will provide replacement parts and service information.  In-warranty replacement parts are provided and shipped to the customer at no charge, via Ground Service.  All other expedited methods of shipment will be charged to the customer.

Out-of-Warranty Service
Products that fail after the warranty period has expired may either be (A) returned to the factory for repair or (B) repaired by the customer with replacement parts.  All factory repair charges and replacement part costs for products out-of-warranty are the responsibility of the customer.  All freight charges for out-of-warranty returns for repairs and replacement parts are also the responsibility of the customer.
